Ethics 2019 Detailed Question Sources And Answer Content

Section-A of 2019 Paper was quite static unlike previous year’s applied ethics based paper. Questions were directly from theory and hence paper can be termed to be easy.

As seen in 2016 Mains, static ethics paper saw marks above 145–150 for many candidates. While, applied ethics paper like in 2017 saw average marks. So, I am expecting a similar trend this year, with high marks on offer if you have performed well.

2.(b) “Non-performance of duty by a public servant is a form of corruption”. Do you agree with this view? Justify your answer. (150 words) 10
